About 15 years ago I had the opportunity to work with Shirley in search of a house. There was a house we wanted to see and Shirley's sign was in the yard. That's how the connection was made. Of course, after meeting her we wanted her to be "our agent". We looked at several properties but ultimately decided to build. I'm sure Shirley doesn't remember that...but I never forgot it! I decided right then that if I ever needed a "real" real estate agent, she was it. I didn't even write her name down because I knew I wouldn't forget it. Fast forward to September of this year and the time has come to call Shirley. The first meeting quickly turned into a strategy session, with Shirley providing her expert advice on the best way to execute the sale. We agreed on a plan...and she left. She didn't come in brandishing pens and forms and "sign this and sign that" (fact is I didn't sign a thing). She came to help. She left not knowing if or when I would actually go forward with the plan and subsequent action of selling the house. I knew I could trust her, because she trusted me. I followed through. My property sold in 4 days and closed the next week. I could go on and on about all the things that separate Shirley from the rest, but this note is already too long, so I'll cut right to the chase. We all want the best lawyer, doctor, preacher,etc., right? So why wouldn't you want the best real estate professional to guide you through one of the most important decisions of your life? Remember how good it feels to know you made the right choice? And yes, she brings her own hammer, unless she forgets, and then she has a back up. Sincerely, Cecil Thompson

Kim showed me the home a couple of times before I finally decided to go for it. She was very patient with me. Once we got going, it was almost like I had nothing to do. She did so much work for me behind the scenes and made life so easy for me when buying the home as a night shift worker. Any time I needed anything, she was there for me. I could not be happier with her work. She'll definitely be my first call next time I am looking for a home or lot to purchase.

Shirley has the insight and experience to know just what my house, and I needed to make a sale in a very short period of time. It was a very pleasant experience, especially since I moved out of state.
