Jannis has been as asset since moving to Cleveland 5 years ago. We have since purchased three homes and sold one. I can honestly say I wouldn't think of working with anyone else. She is super knowledgeable about the area and also quite knowledgeable about building codes/mold/water intrusion. Things buyers and sellers sometimes need to rely on there real estate professionals for advice for more than they might think. Any questions she couldn't answer were a phone call away. Buying in this area was a challenge for me due to the geographical differences between the flat lands of Florida and the rolling hills of TN, but Jannis and her team were very knowledgeable and had no problems answering all my questions and steering me in the right direction. I would recommend Jannis and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
