We had sold a couple of canopy sheds that were on our property but the buyer was a little slow getting them removed. Amanda stepped in and encouraged the shed buyer to get them off our property before our closing date. The shed buyer was there within 2 hrs and got them removed. Amanda was very professional, keeping us informed by text or email. She helped us get electricians and plumbers to our house to get inspection points taken care of quickly. Selling your house can be pretty stressful but Amanda took a lot of that stress away because she was so efficient and thorough.
