When Ronnie contacted me after I requested information in a property, I didnt actually think wed actually be moving any time soon. I was browsing, but I figured we needed to wait a bit, get our current home prepared to sell, etc. Ronnie met with us that night to view three houses. My husband was SET on the first we looked at, and we put an offer in. Again, I figured it wouldnt actually happen, that something would go wrong with financing as my husband was out of work in 2019 due to a noncompete. Ronnie referred us to a loan officer at Suntrust, and we got the process started.We were preapproved, but that didnt surprise me because of my husbands income. However, I still didnt think we would actually secure the loan.Whatever, though. I decided to humor everyone.BUT! We had to sell our home within 8 days. Ronnie saw no issue. He kept telling me wed sell it, wed end up in the new house. I would nod my head and smile, but on the inside I was full of doubts.Going along with the process, I got our house ready in record speed. Within 24 hours of all of the photos being uploaded to the system, we had an offer.We sold our home almost two weeks before closing on our new home!While I will miss the memories of our old house that we lived in for nine years, our new house is perfect for our family of boys.It was great to work with Ronnie. He is responsive, friendly, and dependable. I wont hesitate to use Ronnie for our next home (years down the road....moving is not fun! ??) Lauren and Jer
