Cross Street Real Estate

David was helpful, patient, and professional from the very beginning of my house hunt to the successful conclusion. I appreciated the great job he did of negotiating with the sellers agent on my behalf.

As a first time home buyer in a crazy real estate market, Dave was everything I could have hoped for in a realtor. He had the persistence and knowledge that was needed to get me my dream first home, and I cant thank him enough. He was always available when I needed him, and didnt hesitate to call listing agents to go to bat for me. If youre in need of a realtor, I would recommend Dave 1000 times out of 10.

David was everything we needed and more in an agent when my fiance and I were looking to purchase our forever home. We did not want a typical cookie cutter house and David put hours of effort in to make sure we found the perfect property. His dedication, organization and friendly (but always professional) demeanor made the process enjoyable and stress free. Thank you David for making our dreams come true!

David was fabulous! He worked with us to find the right home, and then even though it took a while to find it. He stuck with us through it all. Highly recommend David!!

David was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Being a first time home buyer, I knew very little about the process and had a tremendous amount of questions and concerns. David exhibited extensive patience with me and educated me each and every step of the way. He definitely has the heart of a teacher. When it came time to start putting in offers, he demonstrated his strategic talent to help me win the exact home I wanted! Throughout the closing process, David was an invaluable resource to me. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
