Croskey Real Estate

Gina was with me for about two years, looking for my forever home with no stairs. Saw many, many homes with different layouts. I told Gina, what I wanted it just took time and patience. When, I thought I found my forever home, at the last minute the aEURoeRed FlagsaEUR? went off right before I did the escrow down payment. Thank you, Gina, for checking all the boxes, and having that gut feeling that something wasnt right. Thank goodness, I had a second runner up and went with it. Thank you, for your Team Players, who got right on it for the remodel. Thank you, Gina!!! So, happy with the results

I used Gina in 2024 to sell my home. When I first met Gina I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, I had worked with 2 other realtors at that point, one I fired, the other tried to make me pay thousands of dollars for staging, Gina came in and let the house sell itself. Gina bent over backwards getting my house ready for market, I was out of the country at the time, she arranged cleaning for me and a great set of photos. Once an offer was received she gave me sound advice on how to proceed and negotiated a great price and terms for me. I highly recommend Gina Butson.

We had an amazing experience working with Gina, she helped us both buy and sell our home. She worked her magic and we were able to move into our new home straight from our old one. We looked at almost every house on the market in three different cities within our budget, and she was incredibly patient, supportive, and dedicated throughout the entire process. Gina's knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. We are so grateful for all her hard work in helping us find the right home and successfully sell our previous one. We truly couldnt have done it without her. We highly recommend Gina to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients and goes above and beyond!

Gina is amazing!!! She went above and beyond you cannot go wrong with her! Helped me tremendously every step of the way! Very very very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always there with fast responses and set my mind at ease!!!!!!!!!

Being a first time home buyer it was truly a dream having Gina in our corner. She gave thorough answers and never made us feel like we were a bother. (We called often with our many questions, like first time buyers do.) Looking forward to working with her again in the future.
