Can I say the best! Found us the perfect home in a perfect time frame. We were so ready to settle for a home and Gina wouldnt let us settle. She gave us the pros and cons and reminded us of what we wanted m, not what we were just wanting to get in a home and settle for. At three in the morning she did it we were supposed to meet at a different address at 9:00 on the way there she called and asked us if we wanted to see a house she found first before the others. My husband walked in the door and all I heard was oh no no no. So you know I had to go look. I literally cried it was my floor my kitchen the water fountain out front dream home. Gina had done it! We did not even look any further we put a bid in right then. The family saw our reactions to the home and I dont think they gave it two thoughts and accepted our bid. 46 days from saying we wanted a home to closing on our beautiful home. Thank you Gina Butson
