CRG Real Estate

Brian did a great job and was very patient with my wife and me as we looked at multiple homes over a variety of price points. Brian was always helpful and positive with good suggestions about things we could do or other places we could look. We ultimately ended up with a home that far exceeds our expectations and we thank God daily for it. Brian was truly fantastic and accommodating from start to end. We cannot say enough good things because our experience was so exceptional! I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a residential property in the Charlotte metro area. Brian also helped us sell our prior home. He was good with staging suggestions and was honest and clear about what had to go to remove clutter and various repairs that needed to be made. He also setup multiple open houses and we had a ton of traffic. Unfortunately the floorplan we picked out and loved for 12 years was not very marketable as most families were looking for a downstairs bedroom, which our home did not have. Brian remained positive and had creative suggestions that we put into play that eventually resulted in selling our house at a good price.

We have never known a nicer, more knowledgeable realtor ever! Brian goes beyond being a realtor...He helped us every step of the way in the process of selling our home and buying a home. He is 100% professional.... Brian did everything possible to make our experience easy and without problems every step of the way.

Client comes first! Brian was exceptional from beginning to especially the ending. He was patient in explaining how his service added immediate value and once we started was an all out blitz! I needed quick results and we were blessed to get an offer in record time especially when he was on the scene. Great Results which is most important! Call him today!
