Cranberry Real Estate

We had a beachfront home in West Dennis which was a difficult sell due to all of the environmental concerns and processes for permit approvals with the Town of Dennis. Tom never gave up and promoted our property relentlessly. After a year he finally found a compatible buyer and we closed recently. Knows this town very very well.

Tom OHearn is remarkably profession, honest, and responsive. He managed my Cape rental property for more than 40 years and this past summer simply listed the property as coming soon. Before he even had the first open house an interested buyer made an offer that exceeded my expectations Tom worked with them on my behalf and obtained a local lawyer to represent my interests. Tom handled everything on my behalf. I would highly recommend him.

I knew about Tom at Cranberry Real Estate since I was 7 years old. I remember walking past his office for years in the center of West Dennis, with the little Cranberry Real Estate sign handing outside. Toms years of experience and reputation speak volumes. Almost 50 years selling on the Cape I knew I wanted to have him sell my unique property. Because I live 3 hours away, Tom made it a point to be available for all inspections, repairs, showings, bankers, etc. Many times, more than once for the same issues. He NEVER said I cant make it. He would always find a way to be there. Even assisting me after the closing with whatever I ask of him. He knows everyone on the Cape for any type of service that is required and his recommendations are always spot on. He did showings every single weekend in the dead of winter without fail. Highly recommend!!! He knows the market, and he will NOT dissappoint.

Tom O?Hearn and Cranberry Real Estate got the job done quickly and efficiently. He sold our home without a hitch. He was professional and knowledgeable from start to finish and I would recommend him to others considering buying or selling their Cape Cod home.

Tom knows the area very well where we were selling. Hes very personable and a very hard worker. Went above and beyond to help us thru this process. Definitely would recommend Tom to everyone.
