Karen saved the day! We were feeling discouraged after a not so nice 1st time buyer experience with another realtor.Her goal was to get us motivated again and find us our forever home! She did just that ..And in a time crunch ! Along the way we got to see not only her expertise, knowledge and Integrity; we saw what a genuine ,caring down to earth person she was. Karen listed, sold, and helped us buy our new home. We were very nervous that the whole process would work out, we listed our house right before the holidays, not an ideal time to sell, but she got our house sold and we closed on time! She was very patient and worked us through the whole process!

Wanted to rent with one of her clients, she gladly took the application and fee, stated she contacted the owner who opted to go with another client. Fee was for application check and credit check. Checked and no credit report was produced by her office. I basically paid for her to ask the owner to negotiate and only received a no answer, didn't follow up to see if there was another unit I would be interested in, or anything for that matter. Contacted me to say no, and to wish me luck on my search.

My wife and I had a unique and difficult-to-market property. Not only did Karen get us together with a qualified buyer within days, she followed the transaction through its many twists and turns to closing. We all had to discover the details of a unique home-financing program on the fly and Karen was with us every step of the way to make sure the approval and closing processes made it to fruition despite many twists, turns, and curve balls thrown our way. Karen is an extraordinary marketer. She's energetic, patient, and exceptionally attentive to detail. She sees home buying and selling transactions through from beginning to end, keeping her clients in the loop throughout the processes. Anticipation, apprehension, fear of the unknown, doubt, and indecisiveness are just a "few" areas that Karen talked and walked us through when we were looking at A LOT of houses until we found our "HOME". She guided us with extreme patience through the whole process and was a pleasure to have as our Realator. I've recommended her to friends, to whom she helped buy their first home also. I will continue to point prospective buyers/renters/sellers in her direction for she truly helped us with our home buying experience.
