Marty helped us find our forever home in Corryton Tennessee with ease. My partner and I were meeting in the middle so to speak with him moving from Texas and myself from New York. A big and stressful move for us but Marty helped us endlessly along the way. With him going above and beyond (ie. him sending us video walk throughs of potential homes before we could even get to the area.) He was both communicative and resourceful. He also helped us save over 50k on closing costs (definitely makes him a great negotiator!) Even after closing he checked in on us and a few of the home problems we discovered during inspection and gave us numbers to companies to help with those repairs. In short?
