I usually never write reviews, but I use them all the time, so I thought I should express my families EXTREME SATISFACTION with Country life Realty--Mainly Curtis and Alicia. From start--listing our house to finish--the purchase of our new home--Curtis and Alicia were with us every step of the way. I never thought selling and buying a new home would be so stressful and they walked us through the entire process and helped us feel informed, supported, and comforted throughout it all. Curtis and Alicia went above and beyond the call of duty and were honest and realistic about our price and timeline. Their deep care and devotion to our community and each customer is evident and they UNDERSTAND WRIGHTWOODS MARKET--perfectly. Alicia Nelson is an outstanding realtor/agent.We moved from N.Orange County & our realtor from there set us up with Alicia. Aside being professional/knowledgeable we appreciated the fact that she knows the area extensively due to her growing up in Wrightwood!!! That helped in our search & she listened/understood what our needs and priorities were. She was always promptly on top of things when listings came up that fit some/all of our needs in order for us to see what's in the area, and how different/unique many of the houses are. She guided us every step of the way, helped us to familiarize with the area, gave us maps, local papers, info on annual events and overall tips/recommendations to help us learn where now we call home. Happy to report, with all around patience she did find us "our" perfect home in Wrightwood and we truly couldn't be happier. Alicia is a people person, in a community she's proud to have grown up in, who knows the area, the market and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anybody with real estate needs.
