We moved to Detroit Lakes last summer, and given the close of our old home in Green Bay, needed to move fast. Eric got a clear understanding of what we were looking to acquire, provided us with a multitude of options, and spent an entire weekend with us running us from showing to showing (well over 15 in two days!). He was with us and communicating at every step - from selection to negotiation to closing. Hes knowledgeable, patient, professional, connected, and simply a nice guy. I cant recommend him more highly.

Eric has helped sell our home and purchase a new lake home. He also helped sell my parent lake home, a hard property to sell but he made it happen, and buy another lake home. He had to show us both a lot of properties over the summer of 2017. We are all in agreement that Eric is the best around. Eric is born and raised in Detroit Lakes so there isnt anyone that knows the area better then him. The sale and purchase for my wife and I took some time with a buyer backing out but Eric was there the entire time reassuring us things would work out in our favor. In the end with Erics help and guidance everything work out better then we could have ever hoped. We will always use and recommend Eric!

Eric sold our home in less than 2 weeks, and found us a home in that time. We told him what we were looking for in a home and he found us a perfect match for our family and within the price we were looking for. He is great to work with, he listens and he follows through.
