He was always willing to drop everything and be available at a moment's notice which isn't easy to find and we appreciated it. He is a very hard worker and definitely went to bat for us. He always got back to us right away with any updates and was very responsive if we had any questions or needed clarification. He was very honest, trustworthy, and open in all of our interactions.
