My husband and I purchased a condo in Westbrook, Maine in February of 2020 and Kim was our real estate agent. She was terrific. We received daily reports on what was available in the area within our price range and specifications. When we decided to make an offer, Kim was right there with the contract and she was ready to get going. She set up the building inspection, went to city hall to check on the future plans for land across the street, and worked closely with our lender who needed some polite pressure to meet the closing deadline. She also gave us a list of people who could help us with all kinds of home maintenance and moving activities that we still use today. Kim was also very responsive. Texts, emails, and phone calls were returned promptly and she always followed through on what she said she was going to do. She was a delight to work with and I would use her again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I used Kim's services to find a retirement house as well as to sell our current house. She helped us negotiate a fair price on both ends and we have been delighted with the results from both buying and selling.
