Costello Real Estate and Investments

Jason is a remarkable realtor and a very considerate person. I was thousands of miles away and had to rehab and sell a house. Jason knew who to call and knew how to get things done through the entire process. He was responsive to every question, considerate of my needs, a great negotiator, and a really nice guy! Wish I had another house to sell as it was a pleasure working with him!

Jason was incredible helping us buy a house in South Carolina! He also helped us find a great rental 2 years earlier in NC. Worked through the holidays to help us get the house we wanted. Extremely smooth process and his whole team didn't miss anything.

Jason is Top Shelf. Professional, extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. Coming in from out of state, Jason went above and beyond assisting me in understanding the local nuances of the transaction. He coordinated all of the inspections, including a survey on a very tight closing schedule. The transaction was seamless thanks to Jason. Use Jason for for real estate needs. You will not be disappointed.

Jason was beyond anything we couldve ever hoped for. He was fully committed and was always there to help and explain along the way. He made sure we got the best deal and really made our whole home buying process one we wont forget! Thanks Jason!! 10/10

We had a great experience working with Jason to purchase our 20-acre mini farm. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jason's guidance and attention to detail helped us find the perfect property. Most impressively, he successfully negotiated the purchase price from $759,000 down to $675,000. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy rural or farm property!
