I found the house and negotiated, he took commission from the sale. Listed our other house for 9 months and didnt sell it. Listed with another agent and it sold immediately. Would not recommend. Update: I shared my honest experience and your condescending and sexist response implies that my husband dealt with you further and was happy (you had no additional business deals) therefore I should be happy too and that theres something going on in my personal life that would cause me not to recommend you. How rude and presumptuous! I wouldnt recommend you because you took buyers agent commission for a house you had no part in finding AND when we were selling our house you tried to trick us into signing you on as our agent for extra time without telling us.
