Cornerstone Brokers,LLC

I have worked with Stacey Martindale for several years for services including selling my house and purchasing property for a housing development. She knows her responsibilities , the local area, as well as community needs. She goes the extra mile to ensure it is a pleasant and gainful trip. CJS

Stacey helped us sell our rental property while I was out of state...in fact, I did not return at all to the Colorado city it was being sold in. A lot of work needed to be done and Stacey provided me with referrals of people who could do the work. She made sure the work got done and that it was done right...to my standards. And then she sold the house in a matter of a couple weeks. If you need a broker/agent, you can?t do any better than Stacey Martindale! She goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get a house sold and at the best possible price. If you want to know how great she is, contact her and ask if you can speak with me. I?ll tell you just how great she is!

Stacey is very fair Realtor who will always put your needs first. She is always available and always responsive, whether you are working on a contractor or have already closed. I highly recommend her.

Worked with Stacey Martindale at Cornerstone Brokers, LLC twice now and I cant thank her enough for all that she has done for us. She was awesome with our first home purchase in 2016 and three years later (2019) she was still rocking it with our second home purchase. She has always been super helpful with keeping stuff moving along smoothly, easy to get a hold of, and very knowledgeable of Morgan County. We will definitely be reaching out to her for any future purchases.

Stacey is a very kind understanding person and she helped me a ton with finding my new home and meeting my needs I would recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home you won?t be disappointed!!
