I appreciated working with Hans on a recent land purchase in Greene County. As soon as we got a good lead, he immediately started researching and digging for information. He helped sort the negotiation and contingencies, and all went pretty smoothly for our first undeveloped land purchase. I will call on him first when we need a realtor in that region.

We loved working with Hans, he was very responsive to our messages and we were able to move on things quickly. He was a big help to us as first time home buyers as he helped us ask the right questions and guided us through the process.

Awesome from the beginning. He was so patient with us considering the market now and looked over each house in much detail.Hans has never tried to push us into a home that wasn't the right fit or price ! Hans was always available to us when we needed someone to talk to. This was my first time buying a home and Hans made himself assible to myself anytime even though he was a ways away. He was very creative with listing my home. Hans was able to gently give guidance to the new realtor of the folks who eventually bought my home. He responded to my calls immediately or within a very short period of time. My questions were quickly answered with potential pros and cons, patience and clarity. Hans was an absolute pleasure to work with. His easygoing demeanor proved to be a welcome counterbalance to the stress of the entire process of finding and purchasing the right home. He was incredibly patient and accommodating as we explored our options, determining exactly what we liked and didn't like, what we wanted and didn't want, and he seemed to really integrate this knowledge as we refined it, sending us interesting listings with great potential to explore, and at the same time always willing without hesitation to help us to view and/or learn more about options we found on our own. Ultimately, we happened across a listing mere hours after it was posted that sparked our interest, and Hans was able to arrange for us to see it in short order despite the timing falling on a holiday weekend, which was critical as properties were getting sold almost as quickly as they were being listed, and we did not want to miss our chance to get our foot in the door. When we saw it, we finally knew we had found The One, and through Hans' advisement, we navigated the submission of an offer that was quickly accepted at a price we felt good about. He walked with us every step of the way providing guidance and resources through all of the frustration and challenges right up through the closing, at which he genuinely seemed to share our excitement and sigh of relief as he handed us our keys. It felt like it had been a long road to get to that point, but we have now been in our new home for almost 5 months, and I am filled with gratitude daily for the abundance of beauty, peace, comfort, and joy that envelopes us here.
