Cody is awesome. He was so helpful evey step of the way in assisting the sell of my home. He went above and beyond with communication. It felt like a friend was selling my home. I moved out of the state but, if I ever decide to buy in Las Vegas again, I will definitely be reaching out to Cody for help.

Cody is knowledgeable and understands the market. Cody sold our house on a tight time constraint and still got us a sale worth bragging about. Cody will always shoot you straight and is responsive like you want from an agent. Give Cody a shot and you wont be disappointed.

Cody was my realtor and listed my condo at the end of 2025. He handled everything with high professionalism and integrity. Each time a decision needed to be made he consulted with me before hand and was able to sell my condo during the slower season of real estate (winter). Highly recommend!

I chose Cody based on a glowing recommendation from a trusted friend, and he not only lived up to that recommendation--he far exceeded it. He guided me through the sale of a probate property with knowledge, professionalism, and patience. He is honest and trustworthy, and just as importantly, he is kind, understanding, and compassionate. Throughout the process, he was always quick to respond, answered my many questions promptly, and kept everything moving forward in a timely manner. Selling a probate property can be complicated and emotional, but his guidance and genuine care made the entire experience much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend Cody to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly puts his clients' best interests first.

Cody was excellent, very responsive from start to finish and put us in the home we wanted. Cody is the second realtor I have worked with and by far was better than the first. He actually cared for all the details and needs we were looking for in a home instead of trying to push us into the most expensive. The communication was excellent from setting up appointments in the beginning, to all the details of what what was going through negotiations when we chose a home and non stop from escrow to closing. I would 100% recommend Cody because he will make sure you as a buyer gets every penny worth out of him as an agent and out of your home.
