Core Real Estate Team

Karine was everything we could have hoped for! As a first time home buyer, we saw multiple homes and our tastes and criteria were constantly changing. Karine was supportive, responsive and professional every step of the way! When we finally found a home we really wanted, Karine was an incredible partner. She was the quarterback of the entire offer/inspection/negotiation/closing process and we couldnt have done it without her and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Karine!!!

Karine was amazing and did an outstanding job. She helped us sell our first house and buy our second house. She was always available to answer any of our millions of questions throughout the process. She has the knowledge to settle even the most anxious people like myself. And the best part was if she didn't know she would find out and find out fast. We dragged her around to numerous houses at all hours and in all weather and she was always happy to go. Buying or selling a house is a major thing and very personal and Karine has the type of personality to make everyone feel happy and positive, confident and always looks on the bright side and is always smiling. She made the process fun and we enjoyed our time working with her greatly. I highly recommend her.
