We just moved to Florida because we enjoy humidity and make poor decisions. I'm kidding. (Kind of.) We needed a house because we're fundamentally incompatible with living in an apartment that tows your car all the time. We're also an objectively horrible couple. We have completely different opinions about what qualifies as an acceptable home. We both like the house to be haunted, but the amount of LVP is up for debate. One of us has poor taste in flooring and that's a personality flaw that can not be medicated. Unfortunate. Early in our journey, we visited an open house where we met Riki. She kindly pointed out that the area we were considering was actually like... the worst place in Orlando to buy a house. Which honestly, RESPECT. We immediately trusted her. Our relo company had assigned us a real estate agent, but she was mostly imaginary since we hadn't met her or signed her contract. Meanwhile, here was Riki dropping all the best knowledge and being extremely competent. She also had that open house under contract by the end of the day. She's obviously amazing at her job and I don't see how anyone could NOT like her. Riki agreed to be our agent and went through whatever convoluted process the relo company forced on her, which I also think lowered her commission. What an absolute hero! We are so grateful she did that for us. As soon as she was our agent, she was constantly in touch and became our actual PARTNER in the home search. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable since we're new here. Every potential bad decision was gently redirected because Riki is a PRO. I wish I was half as good at my job as Riki is at hers! After a few days of showings, we found a house that we both liked. Miraculous! But it had a flaw that we weren't sure about so we went to lunch to have a fight about it. While we were doing that my fiancA(C) found another home in the same neighborhood. We texted Riki and said we couldn't possibly make an offer without seeing this other house. It was pouring rain and she was halfway home. What an unreasonable request, we are so insufferable! But within the hour she was showing us the home without complaints or even a hint of annoyance. Even WE were annoyed with us. That house ended up being the one and we asked her to write the offer before we left the property. From there, everything went incredibly smoothly. She made time to show us the house a second time. She texted every few days to keep us updated on the process. She even texted when she had no news just to make sure we were okay. We closed a few days ago and she got us a confetti canon. That's the level of awesome Riki has ascended to! Were not first-time buyers. (We're old.) So weve done this before. And we both agree: Riki is the best real estate agent weve ever worked with. She did everything youd want an agent to do and more. She even connected us with a contractor we now also adore. If youre unsure about who to hire, hire Riki. You will not be disappointed. We spent a good portion of this process privately discussing how amazing she is, but we tried not to say it to her face too much because we didnt want to make things weird. We did tell her, though. Just like a normal amount. I hope. When we eventually sell this house we will hire her again. We will recommend her to friends. She's the best. I've run out of creative ways to say that. Hire her. If youre somehow disappointed, I would encourage some self-reflection.

As a first time homebuyer, I could not ask for a better realtor than Dylan! He made what I thought would be a difficult process extremely easy & pain free. He explained every step of the process to me in a very digestible way and had an answer for all of my questions. He also had a full network of highly reputable resources readily available to help with me everything from my mortgage loan, insurance, home inspection, maintenance, etc. I came in with a very quick turnaround timeframe needed and Dylan was able to help me find the home of my dreams in less than a month.
