At the time I was looking to buy, I found myself in a very stressful situation due to an irresponsible landlord. My goal was to buy my first home but the pressure was on to find something affordable before I would need to leave my previous apartment. Amanda was the constant calm and practicality I needed during this time. She took me to every listing I wanted to see but never put pressure on me to pick something to make the sale. She was more committed to helping me find the right house. I cannot express how much I appreciate her being the guide I needed during this time. So much so that I recommend any family and friends to contact her. She has since helped my mother downsize to a more manageable condo while currently working to sell her previous home.
