I know my situation wasnt a typical situation when it comes to selling a home. While we weren?t the highest bidder, Molly?s professional communication and persistence with the sellers agent made our offer stand out and managed to secure us the home. Her approach with the listing agent was different from all the other buyers agents. Molly was in regular communication with us and made us feel as good as possible in a stressful situation. This was our fifth home we?ve purchased in the last 30 years, and we can say she truly stood out in a positive way. Great experience!
