Aghil helped us search for our dream home for over 3 years, going to countless showings, providing us valuable lessons and insights along the way. He helped us learn so much and feel prepared to buy. I don't even know where to begin when describing how much we appreciate and adore Aghil. He worked with my husband and me for 1.5 YEARS to find us our dream home. He was extraordinarily patient, professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, etc. etc. He showed us 50+ homes, maybe more, each time approaching the home tour with professionalism and candor. He would arrive early, having already contacted the seller's agent to learn about the home, bring a printed packet of the showings for the day (in order), and walk us through each home, pointing out the positives and negatives. After each showing, he could tell we didn't love the place, and he would say, "Don't worry, guys, we will find you your dream home." And he did. We finally found THE ONE, and he knew it. Aghil negotiated concessions on a home that was on the market for quite literally one day. I don't know how he did it, but he did. He was persuasive with the seller's agent and told them that with interest rates as they are, they will likely not sell without concessions. So, we got our dream home locked in at a price we could afford. Even AFTER we closed, Aghil still followed up to make sure the sellers sent a remote they accidentally took with them. He still checks in on us, even though we've been in the home for a week. I don't really know why anyone would choose another realtor.

Aghil did an incredible job helping us find our first home! As first time homebuyers we needed a significant amount of handholding and explanation of the process and Aghil went above and beyond in those aspects. The process was easy and enjoyable because of him!
