Copperleaf Properties

Living on the west coast, without any contacts in North Alabama I got very lucky!!! William was referred to me buy a local attorney. After a couple very good phone calls I was sure he was the guy. Ive bought and sold over 12 houses in California but this was the easiest ever. Easy, fast, and no brain damage!!!

William was extremely pleasant and quick to respond to every opportunity to assist and follow up to my questions and concerns. Will made the purchase offer suggestion which was the accepted choice by the seller and which was also within our financial arena. I consider Will not only as a professional in his field but also as a new found friend.

Very professional, not pushy like the other agents I encountered! Very helpful through the entire home buying process! Would highly recommend! Thanks so much William!

William did a wonderful job handling all of the different obstacles we dealt with to get this home. He and his team stayed on top of everything and were very responsive even when Will was out of the country. He is a fantastic realtor and wonderful to work with.

Will was amazing! He worked diligently with other realtors and was extremely responsive. He worked quickly with me, as I was aggressively house hunting grabbing walkthrough appointments almost always the day of. He was very polite and has an extensive array of realtor knowledge and a vast network. He is resourceful and definitely am recommending him to you (readers) and anyone else in my area that is beginning their home purchasing journey.
