Conna was the listing agent of the original house that I bought on Pensacola Beach. That house was eaten by Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and I built a much larger and more secure house for resale. Ended up living there longer than I had expected and loved it. When we decided to sell we tried Paradise Realty first, they were awful. Not responsive, little apparent effort. Switched to Conna while we were in Australia, she did a great job of communicating overseas and letting us know what was up. She and I suffered through a scammer who strung us along for 9 weeks. When we got back, she advised us to turn the place into a short term rental, not what I wanted to do but we trusted her. Took us about 7 months, sold it for what we wanted in 6 weeks. Knowledgeable, personable, gets it done. Highly recommended over the big agencies on the beach.
