Compass Willow Glen

Julie helped us do the impossible and find a home when no other real estate agents could. After 5 years of looking for the right agent Julie appeared to us like mana from heaven. She calmly worked with us and all our insane demands that included restricting our search to a small and highly competitive neighborhood. Julie was fast, knowledgeable, didn't waste our time, and most importantly: she became a friend. Buying your first home is an incredibly difficult process and having someone like Julie made all the difference.

It has been a pleasure to work with Julie for my first home buying process in the Bay Area. She was incredibly patient, responsive, and always available to answer my many questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she genuinely helped me think through the important decisions along the way. From finding the right home to inspections, negotiations, and closing, Julie was there throughout the process and made everything much easier to navigate. I really enjoyed working with her and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Bay Area.

I first met Julie at an open house two years ago and stayed in touch as we explored the idea of purchasing a property in the Bay Area. While our plans shifted and we eventually moved out of the area, when it came time to sell our condo in Hayward, Julie was the agent we trusted to get it done. She knows the area, understands the market, and truly puts in the work. Our condo had previously been on the market for three months with no offers, but once Julie stepped inaEUR"getting it staged and listedaEUR"we had an offer in just two weeks and closed within three! The market isnt easy for sellers right now, but Julie delivered results. I couldnt recommend her more!

Julie is an awesome realtor. She's extremely diligent and very supportive in helping us find the right property through all the open houses and home tours. She negotiated a great deal for us, which came with instant equity in addition to seller credit for closing costs. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing realtor!

Working with Julie was great. As first-time homebuyers, Julie gave us excellent advice throughout the whole process. She was always willing to work with us around our tight schedule. Thank you helping us find our dream home, Julie!
