Laura is the absolute BEST!!!!! She helped me with both selling my home and finding my next one, and I truly cant imagine going through the process with anyone else. Before working with Laura, I had tried another realtor to buy my first home and never felt fully supported. With Laura, it was the complete opposite. She is incredibly personable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She kept everything moving, stayed on top of every detail, and always made me feel like I was her priority. Shes also an excellent negotiator and a strong advocate who knows how to get things done while making the process feel as smooth and stress-free as possible. I originally did not know if I could do a first home purchase myself or use a realtor but I'm glad I did and lucky that Laura was recommended to me from a mutual friend. I could not have estimated the sheer amount of work that went into the process of advising me, finding properties, organizing tours, getting the mounds of paper work together and making sure I had contacts with good lenders, attorney, home inspector etc. Laura was extremely organized, always immediately answered my questions, and fought for me when it mattered. On top of all of this she really gained my trust by advising me on bids and there were times where she said I should bid lower. I would think a realtor would want me to put in a higher bid as it would have a better chance of finishing the process and it would = more commission, so when Laura told me to bid lower it really showed that she was looking out for my best interest.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Laura. She was extremely responsive and easy to work with, always getting back to us quickly and helping move the process forward. With her support, we were able to find and secure a rental home in Jersey City in under a month. We appreciated her professionalism and would happily recommend her to others.
