The best Team to just hand them your key and let them do their job PERFECTLY. I am beyond satisfied with a very successful sale. Jay and Gilbert are extremely smart with a lot of experience in their field. They have great ideas to make your home/condo look amazing and they always have very positive contagious energy. I approached them because they had very quickly sold the condo next to mine in West Hollywood. In our first meeting they showed up with a stack of paperwork they had prepared from detailed research that they had done in the neighborhood. They even had personally gone to other condos for sale and showed me videos on their phone. That is how we came up with the best logical price for my condo. Then I just gave them the key and left for Greece. They prepared the most beautiful presentation of the condo that I have ever seen with incredibly beautiful pictures, videos and detailed information of the neighborhood. Any small problem that occurred they already had options as solutions before they consulted with me. It was a no-brainer that I had multiple offers to choose from from the very first Open House. I wholeheartedly recommend The JM Team and will only work with them in the future for all my real-estate needs.

Jay Martinez and the JM team were consistently attentive and available to respond to my questions and concerns. They were excellent at surmounting all obstacles that came in the way such as physical inspections, delayed loan approval, delayed property appraisal, and more. Mr Martinez was always optimistic and said "Don't worry I have never had an escrow that fell through". I had other residents of our condo association tell me that they were so pleased with the way Jay and his team held open houses. He always made sure that the building was secure during showings of my condo unlike other other real estate agents showing other condos in the building in the past. . As far as negotiations are concerned Mr. Martinez is a deal maker not a deal breaker. Go ahead!!! I dare you!!. Sign a listing and go to Europe and expect that your property will be sold after multiple setbacks--all handled admirably by a great negotiator. Jay Martinez and the JM team have really taken the pain and stress away from the ordeal of selling a property. I know a lot of agents but he is the one!!! Will definitely refer friends to Jay Martinez and the JM team in the future.

Historically, I have never had much luck with realtors in past real estate transactions. In one instance, I actually had an agent show up to the closing and start talking to me as if I was an employee of the title company. In fact, I was the seller (her customer) and she had no idea who I was. News flash, I am the guy giving you the commission today. Face/Palm. Impersonal and certainly unprofessional. BUT Gilbert and the JM Team will restore your faith in the real estate profession. Every aspect of the transaction was handled flawlessly. He is a consummate negotiator (thinks of every angle), peerless professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and calm. And because he works as a team with Jay, you basically get the expertise of two agents with the same high standards. Who wouldn't want that kind of two for one value. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Gilbert and The JM Team.
