I don't take the time to write many reviews but I felt my recent experience with Justin Bobson warrents the time. My five week Real Estate journey began with my 85 year old (healthy mom) finding a new apartment that she fell in love with just a few miles from her home. To my surprise, she announced she wanted to move from her home that she had lived in for 55 years into the new apartment. Once I got over the shock and panic of moving her, I contacted Justin Bobson to discuss the process of the sale of her home. He strongly suggested that I sell the house immediately to catch the hot housing market and to avoid the onset of homes coming on the market once school got out. With the help of Justin, I had roughly 5 weeks to accomplish what seemed the impossible. We had 4 days to go through the entire house and remove anything that mom wanted before "Helping Hands Estate Sale" company came into the house to prepare for an Estate Sale held a week later. Roni, who owns the estate sale company was fantastic. She rushed the setup for us, made sure anything they found of potential sentimental value was set aside, made sure the entire house was empty when they left (some donated, some taken to the dump) and took special care of the sale of an antique car. Justin then helped arrange to bring in a hardwood refinisher. The walls were painted and several minor repairs were performed to maximize the value of the house. All the while, he took the time on several occasions to sit with my mom and explain the entire process of selling her home and making sure she knew she was in charge (what to expect, what will need to be decided, what information will need to be available, what will need to be signed etc). His ability to talk to the elderly with respect, calmness, a warm smile, friendly eye contact, and in simple terms, is a true gift for someone in his generation.I can enthusiastically say we reached our timeline goals of putting the house on the market in 5 weeks We had multiple offers over the list price and the purchaser waved the inspection. Though exhausted, I couldn't be happier with the entire process with Justin Bobson leading the charge. I strongly recommend Justin if you have any Real Estate needs.

My wife and I were moving away and going to be having a bit of work done to the place before selling it. Justin offered to help manage this while we were in another state, checking the work and coordinating as needed. Unfortunately, the contractor doing the work started a fire which caused a lengthy delay and tricky liability situation for me to manage remotely. Justin not only dealt with the delays and helped us move the sale along as quickly as possible given the circumstances, but he also was checking in regularly and happened to have been over earlier that day and had seen the contractors smoking on our deck which helped motivate them to accept responsibility for the fire and fix the problem rather than fight it.Justin ended up spending more time and doing more work than we had intended, but he stuck with it and got it sold well over list price within the first day it finally went on the market! From the start he had a great positive attitude, was very confident and supportive, and worked really hard both to earn the business and then while selling our place.It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend him to friends and will use his services again if I move back to the Seattle area.
