Ive known Robert Moody for years, both as our real estate agent and as a friend, and I can say without hesitation that he is a good man and an exceptional professional. Robert has been there for us through several significant chapters of our lives. He helped us purchase our home, and years earlier he helped me sell a home during an extremely difficult divorce. Most recently, he guided us through the sale of our home under circumstances that were far from what any of us had hoped for. This last sale was a painful one. The market forced us to make some very difficult decisions, including significantly lowering our price, and the financial outcome was devastating for us. We walked away having lost essentially everything we had invested in the home. Theres no way to sugarcoat that. But sometimes the measure of a real estate agent isnt the transaction where everything goes right. Its the one where things dont. Throughout an incredibly stressful and emotional process, Robert remained professional, honest, responsive, and committed to getting us to the finish line. I know the outcome was disappointing to him as well, because Robert genuinely cares about the people he represents.
