Compass ( The Riolo Team)

Alexandra is the best real estate agent! We could not be happier with her services. She helped us find the perfect home in the river towns. Not only does she show you the homes, but also helps immerse you in the town and get to know the locations. She is quick to learn you likes and dislikes when it comes to the homes. And will walk you through the home buying process every step of the way. If we could rate her more stars we would!

My siblings and I recently closed on the sale of the Hastings home purchased over 50 years ago by our parents. We selected Alexandra Minner as our realtor and she was outstanding from beginning to end. After listening carefully to our goals for the sale, Alexandra prepared an analysis that included a preliminary assessment of market value and specific detailed practical suggestions for fix-ups that could enhance the value of the house. In each fix-up category such as flooring or painting, Alexandra provided a list of potential vendors for us to interview. All vendors we selected did a great job at a reasonable price. Alexandra also worked with the family to establish a marketing game plan that was well thought out and very successfully implemented. Alexandra places a strong emphasis on active regular communication and we always felt well-informed. My family strongly recommends Alexandra Minner for your realtor needs. She is knowledgeable, experienced, easy to work with, on top of the pulse of the current housing market and driven to help her clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Alexandra truly made our dreams come true! She helped us push through a few failed offers and ultimately find our forever home. It was difficult at times but thanks to her expertise we made it!

Alex is fantastic and helped us find the perfect home! As a local from the Rivertowns she knows the town, neighborhoods and each street to a degree most people would never know. Alex is a fierce negotiator and made sure we were protected and were out in the best postion. She is also well connected with service providers in the area including contractors which helped greatly. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Stop your search now, youve found your agent. Alex is wonderful and gets things done. If you want someone attentive, knowledgeable, honest, and effective, look no further. We couldnt have had a better experience with her during our sale.
