COMPASS Tacoma

We had a fantastic experience working with Stephen Hsu. He went above and beyond the typical estate agent in getting our house ready for the market. This included arranging contractor services for home improvements that were needed to get the house ready to sell. He was extremely responsive to our questions and was very prompt in contacting us as the process moved through each stage of selling. He is honest, practical and thorough. He was very hands on in every step of the home remodeling / updating that was needed. He was at the house in person overseeing every detail as improvements were made. His negotiating skills and marketing were right on target. Our home sold in 4 days...this was a direct result of Stephen's effort, skill and knowledge of the real estate market. With a doubt or reservation, I would use him again to buy or sell a home in the future. Thanks Hsu!

It is very clear to me why Stephen (Shu) Hsu has as many 5 star ratingsAs is shown. I learned about him when I bought my condo and he was representing the seller. Two years later I looked him up because I had remembered him during that transaction as being extremely knowledgeable andfrighteningly skilled. Then when I met him, I also found out that he is brilliantly funny, brilliantly detailed, and removes all worry and replaces it with warranted trust. His demeanor is one of confidence and a light hearted approach to one of lifes potentially most stressful situations. He is the best broker I have ever worked with, and will be representing me on my next purchase.Just make sure you call him first. You will want him on You side of the deal.

Shu was a pleasure to work through during the whole process of selling our previous home in Tacoma and purchasing our new home in Fircrest. His knowledge and connections in the area of construction proved to be invaluable during the negotiation process of our home sale and purchase. His professionalism and responsive was top notch from the time we first sat down in April of 2019 to getting the keys of our home in Fircrest to the sale of our Tacoma home in the fall of 2019. I would highly recommend Shu to any home buyer and/or seller!

I was a bit terrified about the home-buying process, but Shu made it simple for me. He was thorough in his knowledge of the area and what I could expect to see in my price range. Every step of the way, Shu proved that he would go the extra mile for me, even though I couldn't have been his most wealthy client. I appreciate how quickly he responded to my questions and was willing to dig deep for answers. In the end, he led me to just the right home. I'm very thankful for all he did for me!

Shu was an excellent agent to work with as we bought and sold houses; he was hard working, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and has integrity. Id recommend him without reservation to anyone who wants a great real estate agent.
