Amy and the Berry Boyd group guided us through the house selling process as first time sellers. They covered every aspect and detail and were always available for questions, as well as weekly check in phone calls. Amy made our experience run smoothly from beginning to end. We are so thankful for her expertise and real estate savviness. She left no stone unturned. I would highly recommend Amy and her team.

Amy is very professional. She communicates all parts of the process and is very thorough in her listing process. Amy obviously knows the market well, gives great recommendations and suggestions on selling a house, and has a fantastic team working with her. She takes the time to answer questions. We highly recommend Amy!

EXCELLENT!!! Amy and her team are amazing. We just sold our home with the Berry Boyd Group. I have worked with many realtors before, but Amy performed much better than any of them. She communicated on a DAILY basis with us. She sent an in-house interior designer to our home to recommend staging. The photographer was top-notch and we were able to showcase our evening lighting as well. You just don't get Amy, you get her whole team!In the end, we were able to sell our home over asking price (by a substantial amount) during a time when house prices were dropping. We believe that Amy's advice and our due diligence helped with obtaining top dollar for the home, and for this we're grateful! Thank you Amy!

I cannot imagine going through this process without Amy and her team. Her insight was spot on and her guidance and timely responses made me feel confident in decision making.

Amy is amazing and doesnt just drop the relationship once the contract is signed. We hear from her all through out the year and she always makes us feel special. Amy has helped us purchase two homes and sell one, she made the process easy and fun. I highly recommend her as a realtor and I tell all my friends and coworkers about her.
