Any time I text or called them they were there. Any home I wanted to see, they made an appointment and went with me to see it. Any time of day I contracted them they answered with advice or assistance I needed. In hindsight, I have now purchased my home and I couldnt be happier with the whole process and the choice I made in jawing them to help me buy my first home (and they still check in on me to make sure I'm doing well!).
