As a single woman living in the first house I ever bought, I was hesitant to choose a realtor to help me invest in rentals. My law office colleagues, much more sophisticated than I, all recommended Stan, saying I would be in the best of hands. Stan was described as a man of integrity, highly ethical, thorough, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very protective of his clients. I was told I could trust his advice and judgement. Everything I was told is absolutely true. Stan kept me on his client list, patiently arranging for me to see properties I thought I would like, literally for years. Stan was very diplomatic in telling me when he felt a property was not a good investment for me, which I very much appreciated. Stan takes care of his clients needs first, rather than seeking a sale to get a commission. When I simultaneously decided to sell my house and I found another property to buy, Stan held my hand throughout both escrows. He strongly agreed with both the sale and the purchase as good fits for me and did everything he could to make it an easy experience. His opinion was invaluable as by that point I had come to know Stan as an outstanding realtor with values and ethics to match. He had already saved me several times from making unwise purchases so when Stan approved these transactions I confidently went forward. I never had one minute of either buyer's remorse or seller's remorse. In fact I had buyer's and seller's REJOICE. Do I recommend Stan Tabler for your realtor needs? ABSOLUTELY! I will always be grateful for what he did for me and he has my respect as both a realtor and as an individual.
