Michael is the prime example of professionalism with a personal touch. I recommended him to my best friend and a family member, before we even closed! Without him, his hard work, and diligence, I know it would have definitely impacted our offer being accepted, and our smooth closure. He took mental notes of why my husband and I passed on houses, remembered it, and used it for future listings. He is extremely thorough, and proactive. He was patient, ethical, and truthful. Michael's thoughtfulness showed by him doing things before we even asked for it. He's responsive, and did things (e.g. called, sent docs, etc.) when he said he would. He's spoiled me for other agents, and I wouldn't think about using anyone else if I were to look again in SF or the Peninsula. Anyone would be lucky to have Michael on their team.

Marcus came highly recommended to us by multiple friends and he completely lived up to the hype. He was fundamental in our securing the absolutely most perfect home for us. He is professional and personable. He has an incredible breadth of knowledge about real estate.He is efficient while being thorough. Every minute we spent talking with Marcus was valuable. With Marcus guidance, the first offer we made was accepted; only 6 days after the property was listed.We felt the property was well under-valued based on the list price so it was hard to know exactly how much over to bid. We ended up being up against multiple other offers, one willing to go as high as the amount we came in with, but ultimately we won the bid. TL;DR: Ron is incredible. He's friendly, knowledgeable about the SF housing market, detail-oriented, super responsive (he never once delayed on a reply longer than 24 hours, and often responded within minutes), and tenacious as a negotiator (got us a significant reduction in our final purchase price). We highly recommend Ron, especially for first-time homebuyers like us!My wife and I have been renting our whole lives, and living in San Francisco meant that we probably were going to continue renting for a while to come. However, with the pandemic and resulting drop (however small) in condo prices within the city, we figured we'd dip our toes in the water and see what was available. We were randomly paired with Ron when we requested a showing of a condo (not the one we ended up purchasing). Wow, were we lucky! We decided immediately after viewing the condo that we didn't like it, and that night Ron sent us a customized list of condos to review. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Ron always answered each one quickly, thoroughly, and patiently.After several misses, Ron never lost hope or gave up on us, and when we found our perfect condo he immediately switched to tenacious negotiator, getting the sellers to not only agree to a discounted price but also to fix several items around the house. One of those was repainting, and Ron got them to agree to repaint using our specific paint and color selections. Alas, the painters messed it up, but Ron pushed again and the sellers got another painter to come and fix it, no extra cost to us.We just closed yesterday, and we can't believe how lucky we were. Ron was amazing to work with, and we highly recommend him to anyone but especially first-time homebuyers like us who may be apprehensive about getting into the SF market. Ron knows his stuff and will find you a home that you'll really be happy with.

Todd is, hands down, the best real estate agent I've worked with in San Francisco. He is professional, data driven, creative, ethical, business-minded and an incredibly skilled deal maker. I had a listing in the inner mission that went on the market with a different agent shortly before covid and the shelter-in-place restrictions. After having no offers for almost 60 days and now faced with a citywide shut down, prospects were looking grim. I hired Todd to change our selling strategy. Todd and Marcus came prepared with a detailed strategy on how to navigate the Covid-impacted real estate market - leveraging technology, virtual tours, better photos, a revamped marketing strategy and creativity to target the right buyers for our property. Within 2 weeks of changing agents, we had accepted an attractive offer and sold our property within the month which I'd say is nothing short of a miracle.
