Ben Faber and his team are terrific. Ben wants to know what you are looking, works very hard to find that special property and always takes his time to explain all aspects of real estate purchasing. He and Linda always could take my husband and I to see properties around our schedule. When we found our special property, Ben spent many nights on the phone with us going through every aspect of bidding, negotiating and working with escrow. Clearly he is very knowledgeable and experienced which we benefited from. I highly recommend Ben Faber.

The team did a great job, very professional, excellent communications, and most of all they sold the property for us. WELL DONE, would recommend The Faber Real Estate Team to anyone that was ready to sell there property or home. Their very easy to work with and they get the job done.

Ben Faber did an astounding job in renting out property. Excellent team to work with. They are efficient, organized, professional, quick in responding and delegating tasks. Made the transitions and whole process very smooth. Highly recommend!

Nicole is awesome! I wouldn't work with anyone else. She recently sold my home in less than a week for more than the asking price. I really appreciate Nicole's expertise, negotiation skills, kindness, patience and can-do attitude. She is the best! I met Nicole at an open house 10 years ago and was instantly impressed. She sold my home then, with a quick sale, above asking price and with terms that I didn't know were an option. She also helped me find a beautiful new home in a great neighborhood. She is amazing and I highly recommend her!

Nicole sold my townhouse in Novato!!! In any market it takes skill, commitment and knowing the market, but this market is tough--it takes an extra effort. I was impressed with her energy and knowledge and felt supported all the way through. She went beyond the call of duty: she coordinated the stagers, contractors, cleaning, and photographer; she gave me ideas and insights about the state of the market that eventually resulted in the property sale in a stressful market. Our strategic pivot ultimately allowed us to close successfully at $825k, while other homes in the Novato condo market are being forced to slash their prices. Nicole was great at navigating the market shifts and holding our ground on my home's true value. She was there whenever I needed her and provided insights and important data on the changing market. She is very astute, knowledgeable, professional, and a delightful person. I recommend her wholeheartedly for your real estate needs. Terry Roberts
