Carlos made the daunting process of buying our first home very approachable and easy. He was extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns and negotiated much better terms than we ever expected. I would recommend him and his whole team to anyone buying a house in the DMV.

Mahban she is very kind, and knowledgeable. whenever I called her she always was available and answered any questions for me. she is caring and whatever I didnt understand she simplified it and help me understand. she is very patient and even my friend who recently purchased with her was having same experience. I am so grateful and happy for her and her guidance. I will always recommend her and if I can give any reference about her, I am happy to help. She put me in contact with good professionals (inspectors and contractors) and she went above and beyond to get me what i wanted. I am so happy with my house and recommend Mahban and her service always.

Malina did a fantastic job helping us buy our first home in a competitive sellers market. Her insight and advice helped us better assess our options and made all of the quick decision making less stressful. She was very responsive, easy to talk to and really knowledgeable of the area. We really enjoyed working with her and would do so again in the future.

Yury is a true professional who knows the home-buying process from A to Z. He explains complex things in a simple, clear way, and his knowledge of home improvement and maintenance costs was invaluable when we were deciding what to offer. Yury pays close attention. After a few showings, he understood what we were looking for, and his advice was always on point. We never felt pushed to buy. He searched as if he were looking for a home for his own family. It took a year to find our dream house. Thank you for your time, effort, and patience! If we ever look for another property, we'll definitely work with Yury again.
