This was my first time purchasing a home, so I was a bit nervous about being paired up with a realtor (I have a real estate background myself) and not having anyone as a referral but working with Kevin turned out to be absolutely prefect. Super knowledge about the northern NJ market, he arraigned all viewings for us and within 2 months we found our house. Closing time, Kevin helped me with dozens of naive questions I had and was just incredibly patient and thorough with everything.
