Erin and her gang are the best real estate team ever! We were skeptical about leaving our 43 year family home, loaded with memories and a lot of room and comfort. They had infinite patience for our slow start and our ambivalent leave-taking, and they talked us through our hardest moments as we cleaned out the memories of 43 years of happy family life. On top of all the hand holding and empathy we felt from them, they were unfailingly professional, knowledgeable and effective, achieving a price we had not even imagined, except in jest, and doing it while the economy appeared to be in rapid free fall. We are so lucky to have Erin and her team on our side, and we are forever grateful.Also, I will miss her. It is such a personal thing, selling a house. Erin and her team did a great job of assisting with this estate sale. The services they provided or recommended contractors for our use were:1. Selling personal articles with value, clearing the house of belongings, and hauling the remainder off.2. Collecting the bequeathments in the will for shipping to recipients3. Deep cleaning of the premises and grooming the garden 4. Demolition, painting, and repair of the interior/exterior.5. Staging of the premises for sale6. Photography and video of the property7. Showing the property and holding Open Houses8. Negotiating the sale9. Arranging for the Title Company and other document searches.10. Coordinating all stages of the sale11. Coordinating the utility transferI'm sure they provided additional services and coordination but this is the majority. They were all wonderful to work with even when the process was not smooth. They gave accurate scheduling and communicated when something changed. All in all, I would recommend them to a friend. A wonderful experience.
