Alicia was very responsive and accommodating. We had a lengthy list of requirements (for example: in unit washer and dryer, ocean views, and preferably no noisy neighbors). Alicia listened to our requests and helped us set reasonable expectations, which helped put my mind at ease. She also was happy to walk through the apartment and do a video tour for us since we were not living in Miami at the time and couldn?t see the unit in person. She answered all of our questions and gave us practical tips for negotiating a fair offer. I would highly recommend her to other renters/buyers looking for a new home in Miami.
