The Ripper Group went well above my expectations. I was in need of selling my house so that I could move out of state and purchase a new home. I was able to find the home I wanted out of state and made a contingent offer. The catch was the seller wanted to close in 6 weeks. My house in California wasnt even listed yet. The Ripper group assured me that they could accomplish remodeling with new paint, flooring, fencing, and landscaping within 2 weeks and put my house on the market and sell within a month.
