Compass Real Estate

We had our home on the market for a year and a half. Andrea had our listing for less than two weeks before we had an offer. Andrea was great guiding us through the offer, inspection and closing. I would highly recommend her and Compass Real Estate, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Andrea was referred to us by friends who have bought and sold houses with her assistance. She's professional, delightful and knows the valley inside and out. When listing our house, her assessment was spot on. The Fall Line Realty team's home marketing had purpose and were able to capture an audience appropriate for our listing. And the photography was captured by a professional, his work was stunning. I highly recommend the Fall Line team, from Andrea, Paul & Chloe, they go above and beyond to make the stress of selling a home stressless.

Andrea was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was extremely responsive, well-organized, and proactive throughout the entire process, which made the purchase smooth, fast, and stress-free. She anticipated issues before they came up and communicated clearly at every step. I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail, and I wouldnt hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Andrea is wonderful to work with! She is so knowledgeable of the local area and stays current with the housing market trends. She is professional and very easy to communicate with. She walked us through the buying and selling process, helped explain everything and kept us on task with all the deadlines. Highly recommend!

Sue and I feel in love with our lot in Victor ID and bought it on a whim. With Andrea's help, our spontaneous purchase felt like it was the right thing to do all the way through from offer to closing. The best part is we know we can go to Andrea for referrals and help when we build based on her knowledge and experience in the Victor/Jackson communities. We'd use Andrea and Compass RE again. No question.
