Compass Real Estate,

Stephanie was instrumental in helping us find our first home. She guided us through the process seamlessly from pinpointing our desired location, to helping us find a lender, negotiating with the sellers and supporting us through the emotional highs and lows of home buying. Her knowledge of the area gave us the confidence to move quickly and confidently. Now that we are in our new home she has connected us with our neighborhood and helped us to feel welcome and at home.

Stephanie helped walk us through our first home buying process in extreme detail and thoroughly. She has incredible locale knowledge and were so grateful for her advice throughout touring homes, finding our dream home, negotiating, and all of the paperwork in between. Shes incredibly caring and wed absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

As first-time home buyers, we couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Stephanie. The home we purchased had a lot of interest and a very short timeline for offers, and she guided us through the entire process with so much knowledge, professionalism, and patience. Stephanie was incredibly familiar with the neighborhood and took the time to thoroughly explain every step, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt confident in every decision we made. She was also very flexible with phone calls and meeting in person, and really paid attention to what worked best for us throughout the process. As first-time buyers, that level of care and communication meant so much. She also connected us with wonderful lenders, inspectors, and resources for home insurance, which made the process feel so much less overwhelming. Most importantly, Stephanie helped us get what truly feels like our dream home. We honestly dont think we would have gotten this house without her guidance, dedication, and expertise. We are beyond grateful for everything she did for us and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
