I have nothing but good things to say about Steve. He never gave up on helping me throughout the home buying process. He was always quick to respond to any question that I had, he educated me every step of the way, and any time I wanted to see a house, he made it happen almost instantly. Overall he was great to work with and I could not be more happy with them home he helped me get.

We want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Steven for his exceptional support throughout our home-buying journey. Steven listened carefully to our priorities, found a home that truly matched our needs, and guided us through each step with clarity and professionalism. Steven continued to help was invaluable to us settle as we settle into the community. We deeply appreciate his dedication and kindness.

Steve Everett was amazing to work with. He didnt just sell my house aEUR" he sold it fast and made the whole process way easier than I expected. Anytime something needed to be done, he had someone reliable ready to go. He lined up great contractors for painting and flooring, kept everything moving, and made sure the work came out right. His communication was solid, he stayed on top of every detail, and I never felt like I had to chase him for anything. Selling a house can be stressful, but Steve made it feel simple. Id recommend him to anyone who wants a realtor who actually shows up, handles business, and gets results.

Meghan Chorin is the BEST!! We were relocating from Florida to West Chester, so we had a LOT of questions, and didn't know much about the area. Meghan took all that stress away! Her knowledge of the area and expertise in real estate made house hunting from 1,000 miles away feel so much less stressful. I knew from my first phone call with Meghan, that she was the realtor we should work with. We have been in our new home for 2 months now, and we are so happy here! It is our dream home, and we are so grateful to Meghan for getting us there :)

Ive worked with Steve on four different transactionsaEUR"buying three homes and selling oneaEUR"and hes been great every single time. Hes knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with, and always made the process as smooth as possible. I wouldnt hesitate to work with him again and always recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
