Avery truly showed her proactive marketing and Real Estate expertise one more time for us. We had a very high end rental which she quickly got on the market for us, found a tenant, and helped both the tenant and ourselves close the deal quickly. The tenant had another agent, and Avery worked with the agent to allow her to directly communicate with the tenant so all parties could actively take action to get the tenant in by Thanksgiving!

Avery was absolutely terrific in setting up our house for sale. She helped us connect with her pool of contractors to get the required touch ups and fixes done in order to set the house for sale; this was very helpful. Avery has always been accommodative of our timings for various meetings, open house and sale proceedings. She also maintained seamless communication with prospective buyers to ultimately achieve a desired sale outcome! By now we've sold, bought and rented a house via Avery and she's been stellar in all these transactions!
