Meg truly cares for her clients. She has outstanding attention to detail and is extremely patient. She worked with my husband and I for the past 6 months trying to find a home in this crazy market. This was our third experience buying a home and it was undoubtedly the least stressful because of Meg. Efficient and stress free home selling experience with our realtor from Compass, Meg Smith. We sat down with Meg in summer and our home was marketed and sold by Fall. First, she had professional staging instructions and recommendations on where to spruce up the home. Followed with a resource list of professionals to assist in the process. Next came a vibrant photoshoot and her creation of an online portal to view the home. After one realtor open house, we had a contract and several interested parties. Meg helped us to negotiate the final dollar offer as well as appropriate closing date. She had a very informed idea of the local market and comparable prices to guide us.
