As first time home buyers, working with Pete and his team was the best choice we could have made. From the very beginning, we felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands. The whole process has been easy and painless. I would recommend this team to anyone who has the opportunity to work with them! A huge thanks to the whole Waterkotte Group!

Being represented by The Waterkotte Group felt like we were being represented by family. During every step of the home-buying process, we felt valued and cared for. Pete went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had ended up with the home we were looking for. We are so grateful for The Waterkotte Group!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Joelle, Pete, and the whole team at The Waterkotte Group were incredible. We must have toured over 30 homes in both Pennsylvania and Delaware and they were very patient with us until we found the home of our dreams. We could not be more happy with our time working with The Waterkotte Group. Your search for a local realtor ends here!

Joelle was an exceptional partner in finding an investment property in the Poconos. Her local knowledge of different communities, HOA, township rules and navigating septic issues was critical in finding the right home. Joelle was incredibly proactive throughout the search and closing process. Were delighted with the outcome and would readily work with Joelle on other projects in the future.

Even though it's a tough time find and purchase a suitable home, they were able to help make this process as painless as possible. They always have the buyers best interests in mind and want everyone to be happy with the decision they come to. My wife and I closed two days ago with the Waterkotte Group's assistance and couldn't be more excited for this next stage of our family's lives.
