I am writing this review to warn future home buyers who expect their realtor to act as an actual advocate. I explicitly told this agent that I needed a farm-like property with land and 'peace and quiet.' Instead, she treated our interactions coldly and showed little interest in my actual needs. Unfortunately, she failed to disclose that the property sits on a heavily trafficked collector road with a major noise issue (verified at a 3.8/10 noise rating). An ethical agent should protect their client by highlighting traffic and resale issues. Because she failed to do so, I am now forced to resell my home after just three years to escape the noise, incurring thousands of dollars in unnecessary moving, transaction costs, and a probable lower resale value of my home.
